About The Position
Join the Fitness Together Team as a Personal Trainer! Who We Are Fitness Together is a premium, boutique personal training studio where we deliver 1-on-1, high-touch coaching in private suites. Our high-end clients come to us because they’re serious about building real strength, better mobility, functional fitness, and lasting results. If you’re obsessed with health & fitness, love diving deep into exercise science, and genuinely care about helping people transform their lives, this is the place for you.
Requirements
- Nationally certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills—you’re great at explaining concepts clearly and making clients feel heard
- Passionate about fitness, curious about the science, and excited to keep learning

Responsibilities
- Design custom, safe, and effective workout programs
- Educate clients on strength training, nutrition fundamentals, recovery, and long-term progress
- Build real connections—listen without judgment, lead with empathy, and create a positive experience
- Contribute to a tight-knit team culture focused on collaboration, continuous growth, and mutual support
- Help keep our studio clean, safe, and welcoming
