About The Position
GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training. We bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering clients a convenient and personalized training experience. This role offers the freedom to train on your terms with clients who actively seek your coaching, eliminating the need for gym drama, rent, or sales quotas. If you are passionate about personal training, certified, and eager to help people achieve their goals, this position provides flexibility, autonomy, and stability.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) (required)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
- Participate in marketing events and activities
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session
