We're hiring a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our [Location] team. Requirements
- Experience in personal injury, PIP, or plaintiff's-side litigation (we'll invest in the right person who's early in their career, too)
- Excellent writing and an instinct for organization and follow-through
- Grace under a full caseload and firm deadlines
- Genuine care for clients
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a real plus
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of personal injury and PIP matters from intake through settlement or suit
- Gathering and organizing medical records, bills, wage-loss documentation, and accident reports
- Drafting demand packages, client correspondence, and litigation documents
- Being a calm, knowledgeable point of contact for clients who are hurting and worried
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our attorneys, adjusters, providers, and the courts
