The team is in the low hundreds and includes top talent from companies like Shopify, HubSpot, DoorDash, ServiceTitan, Rappi, Faire and Stripe. The company will be scaling even faster in 2026 to keep pace with customer growth. Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few roles, in-person collaboration at an office location is prioritized. Most teammates are distributed globally. Independent restaurants are in a fight for their survival, up against chains with unlimited marketing budgets, loyalty platforms, and enterprise tech teams. This role requires a new kind of builder who moves fluidly between product thinking, engineering, and design. AI has fundamentally changed what one person can build with great taste, technical excellence, and genuine customer empathy. This role will help establish Owner as a leader in practical AI adoption, improving how they build across product, engineering, and design, and raising the bar for how they serve customers. The builder will ship tools and workflows that eliminate busywork and make coworkers' jobs measurably better, working alongside senior engineers and GTM teams. This role is for individuals who have experience doing parts of the PM's job and the designer's job while still writing code.
