About The Position
We are seeking a high-energy, professional Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a blend of inbound support and proactive outbound outreach. You will be the face (and voice) of our company, ensuring every customer feels heard while identifying opportunities to provide them with additional valuable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-volume call traffic in a professional environment.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure.
- Someone who doesn't just read a script but looks for the best outcome for the customer.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a leadership or management capacity is highly preferred.
- Experience in Inside Sales or a "consultative sales" environment is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Actively listen to customer needs to recommend products or services that provide genuine solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, resolving inquiries efficiently to ensure a "best-in-class" customer experience.
- Accurately track customer interactions and sales leads within our system to ensure seamless follow-up.
