About The Position
LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and treatment services in a Long-Term Care setting, helping patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state OT license
- Strong knowledge of Medicare documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- LTC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Review medical records
- Evaluate patient abilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide ADL training, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
- Document progress per Medicare guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise COTAs as assigned
- Support patient satisfaction and quality outcomes
