About The Position

As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with challenges related to mobility, cognition, strength, and activities of daily living. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in accordance with AOTA standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license (state-specific)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervise OTAs and support care delivery
• Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families
• Document care, progress, and billing accurately
• Participate in care planning and discharge processes
• Provide caregiver and staff training
• Recommend adaptive equipment to support patient outcomes
