About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join the team at Autumn Lake at Southgate in Carneys Point, New Jersey. The Occupational Therapist helps residents improve mobility, restore daily living skills, and work toward greater independence through individualized rehabilitation programs. The role provides skilled occupational therapy, evaluates residents’ functional needs and goals, and supports positive outcomes through ongoing assessment and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to manage treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans based on their functional needs and goals.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve residents’ daily living abilities.
- Assess residents’ progress and adjust treatment approaches to support positive outcomes.
- Complete clinical documentation and coordinate care with the rehabilitation team.
