About The Position
This role is responsible for strategic planning to support growth plans and operational oversight to ensure efficiency, safety, and security in manufacturing systems and operations. Key initiatives include the start-up of new manufacturing facilities, involving the integration of MES, process tools, test systems, and Nokia ERP systems. The position will also drive the risk management lifecycle, from identification and assessment through mitigation, monitoring, and communication. The role involves developing and leading a team, as well as educating peers and business partners on Operational Technology (OT) best practices, technologies, and emerging threats. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Lead the start-up of new manufacturing facilities with associated infrastructure (MES, integration of process tools and test systems, integration with Nokia ERP systems, etc.).
- Drive the risk management lifecycle from identification and assessment through mitigation, monitoring, and communication.
- Develop and lead a team.
- Educate peers and business partners on OT best practices, technologies, and on new and emerging threats.
