OT Hourly Research Assistant - Open Pool

About The Position
This position is administered within the Occupational Therapy Department and the activities of the research will occur in the Brainwaves Research Laboratory located in the University Center for the Arts or in our mobile lab (van) associated with the Brainwaves Research Lab and Occupational Therapy Department. This is a part-time position with varying weekly hours up to 19 hours per week.
Requirements
- BS in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
- At least 6 months of research experience.
- Experience in assisting with human research activities.
- Interest in performing phlebotomy on human participants.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or certification in human phlebotomy.
- Experience with recruiting participants for human research studies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with research activities in the Brainwaves Research Lab which may include recruitment activities, administrating behavioral assessments and questionnaires, and assist in phlebotomy (drawing blood from human participants).
- Enter data into a database.
- Complete participant logs.
- Assist in ordering supplies.
