About The Position
Evaluates and treats all referred Physical Therapy patients according to physician orders. In Home Care, performs and supervises physical therapy programs in the homes of HFM Home Health Care clients. The position is on-site at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- A degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- Wisconsin Physical Therapist licensure, or eligibility for licensure, is required. Candidates who are eligible must obtain a Wisconsin license within three months of hire.
- Good communication skills are required.
- CPR certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience in a medical setting is preferred.
