Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility for licensure
  • Commitment to exceptional patient care and collaborative dentistry
