About The Position

Benevis is seeking a practicing Oral Surgeon for a PRN, moonlighting opportunity in a supportive community dental setting. The role is designed to fit around the provider’s existing practice or hospital schedule, with flexible scheduling of 1–2 days per month. It offers an opportunity to provide oral surgery care without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position.

Compensation is $1,200–$5,000 per day, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. There are no lab fees, and the company pays for malpractice insurance. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases.
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment.
• Partner with dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.
