About The Position

The practice is seeking Oral Surgeons for full-time opportunities in established practices in San Antonio and El Paso, Texas. The roles offer W-2 employment and compensation of 35% of adjusted production. Surgeons will join practices with an established patient base, clinical support, a collaborative team, and operational support so they can focus on providing surgical care. Experienced surgeons and recent residency graduates are welcome. Mentorship and professional development opportunities are available, including through Seattle Study Club.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active Texas dental license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and outstanding patient care.
