About The Position
Confluent Health and its affiliated brands are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to work at an outpatient fitness center in Valencia, California. The facility is described as a two-story gym with private treatment rooms, a full gym, an indoor swimming pool, and indoor basketball, racquetball, and pickleball courts. Therapists typically see an average of 7–10 patients per day, with the posting emphasizing an individualized caseload and a care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency. The role includes access to AI clinical documentation support intended to reduce after-hours charting, structured mentorship, career development, and continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM), including residency, fellowship, and board-certification support. Career pathways include clinical excellence, hybrid roles, and leadership. Compensation is $46–$58 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist, or able to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities
- Review patients’ medical histories and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust treatment based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery.
