This role requires an active New Mexico Occupational Therapist (OT) license and a minimum of 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience. The ideal candidate will possess current BLS certification and have experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Strong knowledge of ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, cognitive/functional rehabilitation, and adaptive equipment is essential. The position also requires strong clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload. The agency must have an active NM Caregivers account.
