Seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gynecologic Oncology Program. This unique position offers the opportunity to work closely with two Gynecologic Oncology surgeons, providing comprehensive, longitudinal care to women throughout their cancer journey. This APP will serve as a key clinical partner in delivering seamless, high-quality care across the continuum, including surgical management, postoperative recovery, cancer treatment, symptom management, and survivorship. This position will split time between the Stanford Medicine Sutter Health Cancer Center locations in Oakland and Stanford Cancer Center in Pleasanton, and will play an important role in the continued growth and development of gynecology oncology care in the East Bay. The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly autonomous clinician who thrives in a collaborative oncology environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and families over the course of their care. This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview The Physician Assistant (PA) functions under this Physician Assistant Job Description approved by the Interdisciplinary Practice Committee (IDPC). Specific functions pertaining to the Service, Clinic or Department are established by the PA and his/her supervising physician(s), and approved by the appropriate medical and nursing administrators, the IDPC, the Credentials & Privileges Committee, the Stanford Hospital and Clinics (SHC) Medical Executive Committee and the SHC Board Credentials, Policies and Procedures Committee.
