Recovia, LLC is seeking a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP for their Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic located at 337 E Coronado Rd #201, Phoenix AZ 85004. Recovia, LLC offers a true integrative program where Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists collaborate to treat patients.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed FNP.

• See 12-15 patients/day
