About The Position

Ferguson Moving & Storage is a premium moving and logistics company built for clients who expect professionalism, care, and accountability. This is not a traditional inside sales role. We value consultants who combine strong sales instincts with genuine empathy, people who build real connections, understand client needs, and confidently guide conversations toward outcomes where everyone wins. This is a performance-driven position for someone who can convert inbound opportunities into revenue, generate new business through outbound effort, and build commercial relationships that drive repeat business. You will own your pipeline from first contact to booked job, and be expected to produce results. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where customer experience meets revenue generation. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to booked move, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction at every step.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar industry
  • You track results and push yourself to improve
  • You stay consistent, follow up, and execute with discipline
  • You’re proactive with outreach, cold calls, and pipeline building
  • You lead, solve problems, and raise the bar without being asked
  • You build trust and guide clients to decisions

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, web inquiries, and quote requests
  • Lead structured discovery conversations
  • Conduct virtual consultations and build accurate move plans
  • Convert opportunities into booked jobs
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through calls and follow-ups
  • Re-engage cold and dormant leads
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the market
  • Create momentum when inbound slows
  • Prospect into property managers, offices, contractors, and partners
  • Develop relationships that lead to ongoing work
  • Turn one-time customers into repeat clients
  • Build accurate inventories and pricing
  • Set up jobs cleanly in the system
  • Coordinate with Operations for smooth execution
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
