About The Position

The Medical Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. This role requires knowledge of health insurance policies and guidelines, including copays, coinsurances, referrals, and insurance verification. The manager will handle patient records discreetly, update demographic and financial information, and ensure the protection and security of medical records. Proficiency in EMR, medical coding, and billing is essential, as the role oversees the billing and collections aspects of the office. The position also involves working effectively with vendors, managing inventory and equipment, and ensuring overall office effectiveness and efficiency. The role may also include scheduling appointments and answering phones. The Medical Office Manager will be expected to float to other offices when colleagues are out or for professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities
