About The Position
Radiology Associates, LLP is the largest outpatient imaging group in the Coastal Bend area. We are looking for an experienced Mammography Technologist. However, we offer in-house cross training in Mammography for the right X-Ray Technologist candidate with experience and AART registry. The role involves verifying patient demographics, maintaining confidentiality, performing diagnostic exams at the direction of the radiologist, and assisting the radiologist with biopsies. The shift is TBD and rotating Saturdays are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Accredited Program in radiology technology
- ARRT Radiology and Mammography required
- Licensed by Texas Medical Board
- Experience in X-Ray in a clinical setting working closely with radiologist
- Passion for learning Mammography
