Facilities Maintenance Technician

About The Position
This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor; an individual in this role will assist with the daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WSB locations and any rented properties.
Requirements
- 3-5 year’s experience in commercial office maintenance
- High School
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Driving record must be in accordance with WSB’s Vehicle Safety Policy.
Nice To Haves
- High School 3 years minimum field experience
- Additional education and/or experience: Basic computer skills, Outlook, MS Word, CMMS (Emaint) for work orders and willingness to learn and adapt to other programs used in this position.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge and basic experience with HVAC, ability to learn or know building automation controls.
- Basic electrical skills, light fixture change out, ballasts, bulbs
- Plumbing skills, toilet repair, faucet repair/replace, drain cleaning
- Understanding of security aspects and importance of why
- Shared on call responsibility
- Flexible work hours
- Trouble shooting ability
- Other duties as assigned
- Back up for Mail Room Courier duties
