We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Requirements

Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (required)
Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on HVAC repairs.
Conduct electrical repairs.
Perform plumbing repairs.
Handle appliance repair.
General maintenance tasks.
