Oldfield Mews Apartments & Townhomes – Bluffton, SC (348 apartment homes) At Palms Associates, we build, own, and manage our communities — no third-party management turnover, just consistent leadership and long-term stability. We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Must be EPA Certified.

Requirements

Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (required)
Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
General maintenance skills including appliance repair.
