About The Position

We are seeking a skilled, dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the safety, appearance, and day-to-day operation of our facilities. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and structures across multiple locations. Your work will include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, general cleaning, remodeling, and new-construction support. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least four years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building-maintenance practices.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, damaged structures, and building components.
  • Maintain HVAC and plumbing systems to support safe, reliable operation.
  • Develop, perform, and document preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Plan and schedule repairs, routine service calls, and branch maintenance activities.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks to confirm that equipment and systems meet established standards.
  • Perform general maintenance, including carpentry, painting, landscaping, and other assigned tasks.
  • Support branch remodels, facility upgrades, and new-construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records for equipment, supplies, inspections, repairs, and completed work.
  • Assist with maintenance budget planning and responsible use of materials and resources.
