Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, leak fixes, and troubleshooting for heating/cooling systems. Handle woodwork, carpet repairs, and general upkeep.
- Shovel snow, mow lawns, and keep landscaping looking its best.
- Conduct daily maintenance rounds and logs, ensuring smooth operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, and exterior areas.
- Address maintenance requests from guests and team members with efficiency and professionalism.
- Follow Sunday River’s policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
