About The Position

This position is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring accurate receiving and issuance of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing administrative support to the Maintenance Department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Development)
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately manage inventory records and documentation.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Korean and English)
  • Previous experience in warehouse management, spare parts control, or inventory operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue spare parts in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain proper location control and organization of spare parts inventory.
  • Manage consumables inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular and cycle inventory audits (scheduled and unscheduled).
  • Maintain warehouse safety standards, labeling, and posted notice management.
  • Utilize the Maintenance Management System to track inventory transactions and updates.
  • Provide maintenance administrative support including document control, filing, printing, and updates.
