About The Position

Ovation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join their Maintenance Department at one of their premiere apartment communities in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community, including common areas, amenities, grounds, and parking areas. The technician will also perform minor maintenance tasks and assist the maintenance staff as needed.

Requirements

• One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing required
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance of the community
• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
• Policing the grounds and parking areas
• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
• Assist maintenance staff upon request
