About The Position
Prestonwood Country Club has an opening in its Facilities Department for a Maintenance Technician. This Full Time position is responsible for providing maintenance support for the House Facilities Department in the clubhouse and for all other facilities on Prestonwood Country Club property. The role requires an experienced individual skilled in general maintenance and commercial building facilities, working in a team environment to accomplish tasks efficiently, with detail and customer service in mind.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years general hands-on maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, drywall and furniture repair.
- Able to operate power washer, perform other cleaning duties and various general building upkeep.
- Able to provide excellent service to internal and external customers of the Maintenance Department.
- Demonstrate and promote attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance support for the House Facilities Department in the clubhouse and for all other facilities on Prestonwood Country Club property.
- Operate power washer, perform other cleaning duties and various general building upkeep.
- Deliver various materials between property facilities as needed.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external customers of the Maintenance Department.
- Assist with after-hours emergency maintenance calls.
