About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical or painting experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities
• Working with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks
• Performing routine custodian duties such as sweeping, litter pickup and disposal
• Painting and pressure washing
• Calculate parking amount due from customer then collect validations and payment from customers
• Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls
