About The Position

This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about vehicles, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills. You’ll work on a variety of fleet vehicles, performing essential maintenance and basic mechanical repairs, with hands-on training and real opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Strong interest in fleet maintenance, vehicle repair, or becoming a mechanic
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced fleet mechanics
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic mechanical repairs on company fleet vehicles
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.)
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings to senior mechanics or supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with other entry-level fleet maintenance and repair tasks as needed
