About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency using measuring instruments and gauges.
• Proficiency using various hand tools.
• Ability to work safely with power and hand tools.
• Ability to work well with fellow employees and with minimum supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Set up and operate manual machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Use measuring instruments and gauges.
• Use a variety of hand tools.
• Work cooperatively with fellow employees, including participating in employee involvement activities and problem solving.
• Support and participate in promoting safety.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work area.
• Work with minimum supervision.
