Requirements

  • Current LVN or RN license in the state of Texas required.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience required
  • Proven ability to lead teams, support clinic operations, and provide hands-on clinical support when needed.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, immunization, and clinical safety standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with professionalism and adaptability.
  • Practicing believer in Jesus Christ.

Nice To Haves

  • strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in outpatient, community health, or nonprofit healthcare settings preferred.
  • Commitment to growth in relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and in Christian maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent clinical staffing coverage across all clinic locations to support efficient patient care and clinic operations.
  • Lead clinical staff to maintain high standards of patient care, professionalism, and operational accountability.
  • Ensure clinic operations, supplies, equipment, and workflows remain organized, compliant, and prepared for daily operations.
  • Support chronic disease management and patient follow-up initiatives that improve continuity of care and patient engagement.
  • Lead the clinical team to achieve established organizational, operational, and quality goals each quarter.
