About The Position
Experienced Leasing Consultant Join the Apartner Team, let us help you find your next Leasing Consultant opportunity! Experience in the apartment industry is required. If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and have strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview! Immediate employment opportunities are available. Our team assists communities with finding the help when they need it! We accommodate temporary needs, temporary to permanent needs, and assist with direct hiring and recruiting.

- Experience in the apartment industry is required.

- Fair Housing knowledge
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
- Inspect models and available “market ready”, communicate related service needs to Property Manager.
- Ensure the apartment is ready for residents to move-in on an agreed date.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
