About The Position
A growing Colorado-based multifamily ownership group is seeking a Centralized Portfolio Leasing Specialist to support leasing activity across an apartment portfolio. This is not a traditional corporate leasing role. The team is looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, sales-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where team members wear multiple hats and operate independently. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys relationship-building and sales, understands urgency and follow-up, and wants long-term growth opportunity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Sales and customer-service mindset
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule
Responsibilities
- Manage leasing activity across multiple communities
- Respond to and follow up with prospective residents
- Conduct virtual and onsite tours as needed
- Move leads efficiently through the leasing pipeline
- Maintain listings across ILS platforms
- Support marketing and outreach efforts
- Assist with resident communication and administrative support
- Travel between communities as needed
