About The Position

Requirements

• Properly follow all company policies and regulations for safe working procedures and environment
• Ability to maintain safe working conditions
• The self-motivated individual must be able to perform required duties without constant supervision
• Able to perform a variety of duties, some which may include plant clean-up, maintenance, operating equipment and other duties as assigned
• Ability to learn quickly
• Must be willing to work weekends and overtime
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• General plant/mine labor and clean-up of production areas, including shoveling stone from around conveyors and assisting with plant clean up and operations
• Being trained in various other entry level production positions and filling in as needed during vacations, absences, and increased production demand times
• Report equipment problems and identify them to management
• Light maintenance work and maintain the belt lines
• Complete equipment pre-shift report – if applicable
• Assist other workers as needed or directed and other duties as assigned by management
• Operating production equipment as needed – such as a haul truck, wheeled loader, or skid steer
