About The Position
The Resident's Pad Specialists (Equipment Laborer) primary responsibility is to provide residents with accurate information and guidance on waste disposal at the Landfill Resident’s Pad Location, and to ensure a welcoming environment while they use our facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and adhere to waste disposal regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to undergo training and develop a deep understanding of SWACO's operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents.
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistently providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Direct customers on where and how to dispose of their waste at the SWACO Residents Pad
- Experience operating backhoe, street sweeper, track hoe, bobcat, box truck etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance on waste disposal procedures.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and maintain a clean and organized Residents' Pad.
- Ensure all waste is properly disposed of and unauthorized waste is identified and reported.
