Requirements
- 1 year of Management experience (Required)
- Solid full-service, high-volume restaurant background
- Ability to train, develop and lead team members
- Ability to create a fun and collaborative work environment for all team members
- Must be excited about achieving personal and professional growth
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of Restaurant Experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for every aspect of the daily operation.
- Responsible for planning and executing each shift daily.
- Teaching and developing staff in our newest Reunion Kitchen + Drink location.
- Help to create a fun and supportive working environment for all team members.
- Help our restaurant grow and get established in the local restaurant market.
- Responsible for making sound financial decisions and working to increase sales and profits.
