Responsibilities

• Guide customers through our extensive selection of boots, apparel, hats, accessories, and more, offering personalized recommendations and product knowledge.
• Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience, from warm greetings to efficient checkouts.
• Help keep our store looking its best – merchandising products, maintaining displays, and contributing to a clean and organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with your fellow team members to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and confidently recommend products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
