About The Position
As a Key Holder, you support store leadership in daily operations and act as manager-on-duty when needed. You are responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting the team during high-volume periods, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of retail or leadership experience preferred
- Strong guest service and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities
- Deliver a strong guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
- Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and gift cards through POS systems
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, restocking, and organization
- Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is clean and well-presented
- Drive sales by actively engaging on the floor and utilizing selling techniques
- Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships
- Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving, stock levels, and discrepancies
- Maintain an organized back-of-house environment
- Support events, trunk shows, and community outreach efforts
- Provide direction and support to team members during shifts
- Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager
