About The Position

At Lemieux and Associates, we are proud to introduce the "GIs to PIs" program, an initiative designed to connect military veterans, service leaders, and recently separated professionals with meaningful careers in investigations. This program recognizes the valuable skills acquired during military service, such as discipline, awareness, and mission focus, and aims to apply them in a civilian career. We are actively seeking former military personnel and transitioning service members for the role of Surveillance Investigator. No prior investigation experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Comfortable sitting for extended periods
  • Willingness to work some evenings/weekends
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Background check required

  • Military Police / Security Forces background
  • Intelligence / Reconnaissance background
  • Field Operations / Patrol Units background
  • Experience in roles requiring observation, reporting, and discipline

Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance from your vehicle
  • Observe and document subject activity
  • Capture video evidence using provided equipment
  • Write clear, fact-based reports
  • Operate independently while staying connected to your team
