About The Position

Requirements

• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in an intelligence discipline or STEM field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis

Nice To Haves

• Current CI poly
• Master’s degree in an intelligence discipline or STEM field
• At least 12 years of experience conducting all source analysis
• An additional 5 years of related senior experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree
• Experience creating products for Object Based Intelligence purposes
• Experience within the DoW and/or US Intelligence Community

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Fuse and evaluate intelligence and information from multiple disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT) to produce comprehensive, timely, and accurate assessments.
• Identify, assess, and forecast regional or functional national security trends, threats, and developments relevant to customer priorities.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise written products and oral briefings to inform decision-makers at multiple levels.
• Support and contribute to Object Based Intelligence (OBI) production and related analytic frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including collectors, operators, and other intelligence disciplines, to refine analytic requirements and improve intelligence products.
• Maintain rigorous tradecraft standards, ensuring analytic products meet Intelligence Community (IC) standards for objectivity, source validation, and structured analytic techniques.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed, contributing to team development and program growth.
