About The Position

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you’ll be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of bath and shower systems. This is a full-time role for experienced installers who take pride in delivering high-quality work and a great customer experience. Yeager Home Improvement specializes in stylish, cost-effective, and low-maintenance bath remodeling solutions, including accessibility upgrades. Our team is known for superior craftsmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience with acrylic bath/shower installations
  • 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home remodeling experience
  • Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, combination square)
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • (HIC) Registration required
  • Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day
  • Perform carpentry and trim carpentry work as needed
  • Follow installation standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers
  • Keep job sites clean and organized, respecting customers’ homes
  • Educate customers on product care and maintenance
  • Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
  • Maintain and stock installation vehicle with tools and materials
