About The Position
If you’re detail-oriented, safety-minded, and not afraid of ladders or lifts, this role is for you. This is a local role, serving businesses throughout Northwest Ohio. You’ll be installing high-quality signs and graphics that help our clients stand out — and you’ll be the final touchpoint that protects and represents the FASTSIGNS brand in the field.
Requirements

- Experience working with hand tools
- Experience working with power tools
- Quick thinker with problem solving ability
- Ability to follow prints and work orders
- Attention to detail
- Good written communication
- Takes pride in work being performed and product end result
- Communicate with clients in professional manner
- Perform basic calculations and take accurate measurements
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
Nice To Haves
- CDL is a plus
- Construction/ Trades Experience
Responsibilities
- Install a wide variety of signs and graphics, including channel letters and exterior signage, monument and pole signs, wall and window graphics, ADA signage, dimensional letters, post & panel signs, and vehicle graphics (as trained).
- Assess job sites before and upon arrival to ensure readiness, safety, and access.
- Install signage precisely to spec — correct location, height, orientation, and mounting method.
- Maintain safety standards at all times, including proper PPE and ladder/lift protocols.
