About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through various inspection processes, adhering to licensee and customer specifications. Key duties include setting up gauges, performing first article and in-process inspections, conducting dimensional inspections, auditing product at all operations, completing receiving inspections, and performing final product inspection with documentation verification.
Requirements
- Proficiency in setting up gauges according to specifications.
- Experience with First Article inspections.
- Ability to perform in-process inspections.
- Capability to conduct 100% dimensional inspections.
- Experience in auditing and physically gauging/inspecting products.
- Experience with receiving inspections.
- Skills in final product inspection and documentation verification.
Responsibilities
- Set up gauges in accordance with licensee specification and requirements.
- Verify First Article inspections including molds.
- Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications.
- Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required.
- Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations.
- Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
- Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling.
