About The Position

Requirements

• 3 plus years experience (experience MUST include all three Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics and Intensive Critical Care)
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Moderate Sedation certifications (Moderate Conscious Sedation may be obtained through the facility after confirmation ($100 - $200))
• Must have ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

• TNCC desired

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
• Administer treatments
• Identify changes in a patient’s condition and react accordingly
• Maintain patient records
• Complete paperwork necessary for patient transfer out of the intensive care unit
