About The Position

SunVena is looking for an HVAC Technician to join their creative and energetic team, dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. HVAC Technicians will serve customers by educating them on available product options, removing and replacing HVAC equipment, and installing add-on accessories when needed. The ideal candidate is expected to provide quality work while following all applicable local and national codes.

Requirements

  • Must be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, fine manipulation, and use hands frequently.
  • Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
  • Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Proficient with computers and the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel & GoogleSuite
  • Must pass a drug screening before employment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • Transport and organize materials and tools necessary for each project.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Help with troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Document job progress and report to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas and on job sites.
  • Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation.
  • Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
  • Responsible for a company work vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment assigned to the company work vehicle.
  • Performs all work to industry standards and maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times.
  • Complete any additional tasks as directed by leadership.
