About The Position
Stone Creek Resorts Inc. are world-class Golf resorts in the most beautiful natural surroundings: Silvertip Resort in Alberta, and Eagle Resort in British Columbia. Our service commitment, Service Beyond, sets us apart from our competitors. We are looking for hosts and hostesses to join our team at Silvertip Resort, located in Canmore, Alberta. A successful candidate is required to work as per the company values: Caring, Integrity, Excellence, and Team Spirit.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
- Hospitality experience is an asset.
- Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Able to lift, push or pull up to 40lbs
Responsibilities
- Providing culinary experience to our guests and residents as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.
- Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintaining professionalism and kindness towards guests at all times
- Be skilled with problem solving and anticipating the needs of guests
- Providing solutions to the guest's complaints or issues or escort them to the supervisor or manager
- Helping in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
- Leading our front door to ensure prompt, friendly greeting and seating of each guest
- Be a part of welcoming and training new team members
- Working as a team player with other departments to provide a great experience to the guests
