About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a male client in his home. This role offers consistent morning hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through high-quality, client-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Home Health Aide certification in New Jersey
- Experience with Hoyer lift transfers or a strong willingness to learn and demonstrate competency with training
- Reliable availability for the full morning shift, including weekends
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Dependability and professionalism in a one-on-one setting
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to support the client’s morning routine
- Assist with safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
- Promote comfort, dignity, and independence in the home
- Follow an individualized care plan and communicate changes to the care team
- Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
