About The Position

Lisette Home Care Services LLC has immediate Full-time, Part-time and Relief Staff openings for Caregivers (Experienced preferred) throughout the Delaware County including Chester, Aston, Boothwyn, and the Ridley Park area who can provide companion support and caring assistance for our clients allowing them to stay in their homes safely. Looking for individuals to assist with various assignments up to $15 hour..($500 SIGN ON BONUS) Pay: From $13.00-$15 per hour (PAID WEEKLY)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude, great communication skills, and able to work independently
Solid personal character with empathetic personality
Legally able to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have two professional references
Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands with client

Nice To Haves

Caregiver: 1 year (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes or community settings.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Monitor and document patient health and progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe environment while performing light housekeeping tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
